As the first high-rise development of its kind in over 40 years in this neighborhood, The Hawthorne sets a new benchmark for modern elegance.
KW’s landscape architecture team designed the on-structure amenity deck, a signature feature offering panoramic views of the Houston skyline. This elevated outdoor space includes a resort-style pool with poolside cabanas, providing residents with a serene, private retreat high above the city. The deck also features an outdoor community grill and entertainment area, perfect for socializing and hosting gatherings. Residents with pets benefit from an on-site dog park, complete with washing stations to accommodate their furry companions.
At ground level, the streetscape is enhanced with specialty paving that adds a refined touch to the building’s entrance, blending seamlessly with the upscale atmosphere of the surrounding neighborhood. Our design balances luxurious amenities and thoughtful, functional outdoor spaces, embodying KW’s commitment to elevating the urban living experience for residents.
