Retail Life Time Fitness

As an extension of the Modera Six Pines project, KW also led the landscape design for Life Time Fitness, where we meticulously crafted the entry roundabout to serve as a welcoming focal point. Accented by a serene water feature and lush landscaping, the design was carefully developed to enhance the upscale ambiance of the community. A seamlessly connected walkway links Life Time Fitness to the Modera Six Pines multi-family project, providing residents with convenient access to the gym. This connection encourages an active lifestyle and strengthens the sense of integration within the community. Thoughtful site planning ensured that the landscaping not only enhances visual appeal but also supports smooth traffic flow and easy pedestrian navigation.
