Mixed-Use Century Square

KW was part of the development team for the Century Square Master Plan and worked closely with Midway to make the vision a reality. Our contribution included designing a central courtyard with seating areas, water features, pedestrian walkways, and lighting. We also played a vital role in relocating and preserving several trees on the property. KW designed pedestrian crosswalks and roundabouts, creating a multi-functional space to host live music, concerts, and community events. Moreover, our team designed a courtyard and a resort-style pool with lounge areas for both the multi-family and hospitality developments. Finally, we designed the irrigation and streetscape for the entire development, ensuring a cohesive and functional design.
