The Houston Area Safety Council Headquarters building in Pasadena, TX, stands as a beacon of safety and innovation on its sprawling 34-acre campus. Anchored by a 65,000 SF facility, this project seamlessly integrates state-of-the-art amenities with natural elements to create a harmonious environment. Among its notable features are an outdoor demonstration kitchen, inviting outdoor seating areas, and a serene detention pond. Lush garden spaces adorned with pineapple guava shrubs and Mexican palm trees add a touch of greenery and tranquility, while the outdoor gathering space, complete with seating walls, fosters collaboration and community engagement.
