On The Rise: 2024 Summer Promotions

We are excited to announce and celebrate Sean, Nathan, Nacona, Zach, and Rob who have each earned well-deserved promotions this summer! We want to recognize these individuals who have stretched their capabilities and have contributed to the continual growth at KW.

Sean Hewitt

Sean is stepping into his new role as Senior Project Executive, continuing his pivotal leadership within the Commercial and Campus studio in Houston. With over a decade of experience, Sean has successfully managed a diverse portfolio, including vibrant commercial spaces, award-winning master-planned communities, and luxury resort hospitality projects. In his new position, he will continue to lead his team, focus on project management, fostering collaboration, and ensuring seamless coordination across all projects.

Nathan Dedear

From a Project Coordinator to now a dedicated Project Manager, Nathan will lead a variety of different projects ranging from parks, on-structure amenities, and master-planned communities. In addition, Nathan helps lead our CAD training to help establish quality and efficiency in KW’s standards.

Nacona Carter-Maddux

From her start as an intern at KW to an entry-level landscape associate to now a committed Project Coordinator, Nacona is driven by a deep commitment to continuous learning. This growth will allow her to continue coordinating with clients, vendors, and consultants ensuring every aspect of the project aligns with their vision.

Zachary Garza

With an open mind and eagerness to learn, Zach has grown from an entry-level landscape associate into an enthusiastic Project Coordinator, providing production support, ensuring project details are up to standard, and overall coordinating with his team and clients through each of his projects.

Rob Johnson

Having ventured to Texas to embark on his professional journey, Rob started at KW as an entry-level Landscape Associate within the Commercial and Campus Team in the Houston office. His new role as a Project Coordinator will allow him to continue engaging in a diverse range of project types, allowing him to draw upon his proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign as he crafts bases and sketches for various projects.

 

“Rob has played a vital role in growing the HTX CCS Team into the dynamic, successful, and driven group we have today. Rob takes on every task with a can-do attitude and always ends up being a go-to source for the topic at hand.
