Riverstone at Westpointe

In collaboration with DR Horton, our firm led the effort in designing the striking entrance monument for phase two of the Riverstone at Westpointe community in Northwest San Antonio. Adorned with natural stone and steel roof materials, this expansive entry sign extends a warm and inviting welcome to the community. The incorporation of a flowing waterfall and a rich plant palette further contributes to the creation of an alluring atmosphere. This design and construction mirror our dedication to the community’s lasting legacy, embodying the shared values of KW and DR Horton and our pursuit of Building the Exceptional, Together®.

With the expansion of phase two, KW has spent this year embarking on the design phase for the most expansive Texas amenity center DR Horton has ever undertaken!

KW has designed a dynamic outdoor landscape featuring a large event lawn with festoon lights and seating, a children’s playground with a party pavilion, a full-sized basketball court, multiple pickleball courts, a shaded side lawn for gatherings, and an adult lap pool area with sun shelves and cabanas. Additionally, the design includes a zero-entry lazy river, a thrilling water slide, and an interactive splash pad. These elements combine to create an inviting and multi-functional space that promotes community engagement, leisure, and an active lifestyle.

Construction is currently underway, and if everything stays on schedule, these exciting new amenities will be ready for use in January 2025!
