Matt Shearer
With nearly two decades of professional experience, Matt has joined KW with a variety of expertise in exciting and rewarding projects. Matt takes an active role in the management of challenging projects and finds great reward in the collaborative process required to Build the Exceptional, Together. Matt has extensive experience working on luxury multi-family projects, dynamic streetscapes, urban place-making, and large-scale garden design. Outside of work, Matt enjoys taking road trips with his wife and two children, early morning bike rides through White Oak Bayou in Houston, and delicious meals at a variety of Houston restaurants.
