Project Description

High Rise Living with the Only Pool with a Swim Up Bar in Houston

Centrally located in Midtown, the Drewery Place stands 27-stories tall and is a mixed-use development with 380 multifamily units alongside ground floor retail spaces. Residents can indulge in podium-level amenities, featuring a lavish resort-style pool deck complete with a swim-up bar and tanning ledges, as well as an outdoor kitchen and dog park. Additionally, KW’s design offered serene open green spaces, including a yoga lawn with ample seating areas, complemented by shade structures for comfort. Outdoor fire pits with cozy lounging areas provide perfect spots for socializing and relaxation. Meticulous irrigation and lighting design ensure a well-maintained and inviting environment for residents to enjoy.

Drewery Place is conveniently located in Midtown and is directly across from McGowen Station on METRORail’s Red Line, which provides direct service to Downtown Houston and Texas Medical Center.
